Comply/Shipper organizes shipment data while providing access to

• mpt-wheel200 Submit Receiving Reports (DD250s) and Invoices to Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), including UID and/or RFID data.

•Process EDI Purchase Orders from DLA (DIBBS) into labels and

•Integrated preparation of Mil-Std-129 labels, including UID and RFID, for WAWF shipments

•VSM Automation to streamline labeling, shipping and invoicing, avoiding Government web site use

•Generate GSA shipment labels (FED-Std-123) and submit Fast Pay invoices

Shipment processing can be accomplished by a single user, or easily scaled up for an enterprise team using combining use of Shipper and Labeling in different ways to best suit your process flow. Add Contract Manager to automate shipment generation for long-term contracts.

Shipments may also be imported from DLA as DIBBS EDI purchase orders (X12-850). When combined with VSM Automation it is possible to receive a purchase order from DLA, convert it into a Receiving Report (DD250) and Fast Pay Invoice for EDI submission to WAWF and get shipping instructions and carrier labels from VSM, all without going into any of those Government websites.

For enterprises that use business systems (e.g. ERP, Access, Excel, etc.) to manage their contracts and shipments, Shipper can act as the back-end interface to automate WAWF Receiving Reports (DD250s) and invoices, as well as Mil-Std-129 labeling. Business systems can provide import file in either of two simple formats, providing as much, or as little, data as practical. Users may add additional information required, such as UIDs or serial numbers prior to submitting the shipment to VSM and/or WAWF.

This same business system interface can be initiated in Labeling to automate Mil-Std-129 labeling, including RFID, directly from data imported from business systems. The data collected during the labeling process can then be submitted in WAWF Receiving Reports.
